We met each other in 2009 and started out as enemies due to a misunderstanding. Two years later we resolved the misunderstanding and now here we are- married and enjoying this adventure. Looking back to those tumultuous beginnings of our relationship we can sense God’s grace in this journey. It is God’s grace that enabled us to resolve the “misunderstanding”; His grace kept us while dating and this grace continues to sustain us in our marriage. We are experiencing wave after wave of His grace each day.
John Newton said, “I am not what I ought to be, I am not what I want to be, I am not what I hope to be in another world; but still I am not what I once used to be, and by the grace of God I am what I am.” This is our testimony.
We are currently reaching out to students at the University of Nairobi – college of Agriculture and Veterinary sciences. It is a joy and really encouraging doing ministry together. We are looking forward to testifying the amazing things God will do using this team of the Cheruiyots to advance the Gospel of His grace. Pray with us.
